CMA’s workshop curriculum is comprised of three pillars addressing: Educational Attainment, Vocational Proficiency, and Financial Literacy presented such that each component compliments and supports the overarching end-state goal to facilitate CMA Alumni gaining a greater understanding of how to successfully leverage skill sets, transition assistance tools and associated resources.  CMA provides a nimble, one-of-a-kind, workshop and individualized case management approach that enables each Transitioning service member, veteran and/or caregiver/military spouse to access and leverage community-based resources to successfully facilitate transition into the civilian sector.

Success Stories

“…The CMA event was probably the most authentic and enlightening transition workshop I have attended thus far. The personal stories about the pitfalls of life post military service and how to properly plan to land "feet first" were remarkable. I will definitely remember and use the knowledge given as I continue on my transition path. The financial overview, LinkedIn deep dive and salary negotiation techniques were all added value.”

- Luis Morales, MBA (Fort Hood Attendee)
